
About Grass Fed Highland Beef
All natural grass fed and corn finished Highland beef.
Our beef is naturally lean, but still remains tender and flavourful with little outside waste fat. Oldest Heritage breed, means that they retain their inherent genetic capability to produce a healthy product from a diet of natural grasses and forage. As a result the beef is high in Omega-3 and Beta Carotene.
No growth hormones or artificial supplements are used, so our beef maintains rich flavors only a natural product can provide. All beef is humanely raised.
Our Grass Fed Highland Beef is used in all the beef dishes prepared by Chef Jason Tostrup at The Inn at Weathersfield in Perkinsville, Vt.

Our full sides of beef range from 550-600lbs hanging weight. We also have half sides of beef as well raning from 225-300lbs hanging weight, and quater sides as well. Meat is custom cut for your order and preferences.
